A Honeywell Digital Transformation Project, rebranded to Bosch. Their products had better photographs at the time (2015)
Business Goals: Honeywell's IT wanted to cut down hiring external vendors and more importantly routine requests by businesses to build eCommerce sites or pages. The business' marketing & sales teams also wanted more ownership and independent control over their website with minimal input from developers and designers, but remain on Brand/ Sub Brand.
My Role
I was the sole UX designer and led two visual designers post finalized wireframes. Their work is not included in this document.
Interviewed each business group's: Recurring customers, Marketing Dept., Remote & desk Sales Reps , and Front-end Developers
